Important Note: Delivery - during normal times - may take up to 60 days to Countries marked with (*). This is normally due to customs delays, internal regulations, or Postal Service issues. The pandemic may contribute to extend the delivery time for a few extra weeks.

Delivery Time to some countries (UK, France, Italy, Germany, etc) has been moderately affected by the pandemic. For instance, the average delivery time to the UK continues to be the historical 14 days. To Italy, France and Germany it's 20-30 days - not much more than the usual.
- To other countries though, the delivery time has been from moderately to significantly affect by COVID-19. A situation, according to carriers (USPS and Canada Post among them), that is slowly but steadily getting back to normal. However, we ask you to be patient due to possible additional delays in delivery time, on top of the 2-4 weeks we stated above.
- In addition to that, most tracking systems are not being updated as in normal times. So, please understand that, if a parcel eventually shows as "not-moving" in the Tracking System, it might've moved to the point of being very close to delivery.
- We all know that this is temporary but - in the meantime - the insurance companies are changing their rules on the fly.

However, in those few cases orders are not delivered within 90 days from purchase, we'll be able to officially trigger insurance refunds.
