PS: VERY IMPORTANT - SHIPPING DELAYS

If your message is related to shipping delay - and you remember that we asked for 2-4 weeks normal delivery time - please notice that we are well aware of the possible additional time your parcel will take to reach you. It's due to the extraordinary circumstances of the present pandemic.

And please also notice that the Tracking Systems are NOT registering every single step of the journey, like they normally used to. It's temporary, and even though it's not being followed by the Tracking System your parcel could be already close to you.

Finally, please don't worry. If you don't receive your order in 90 days, we'll start triggering the insurance refund.
