Delivery Time to some countries (UK, France, Italy, etc) has not been affected by the pandemic. For instance, the average delivery time to the UK continues to be 14 days. To Italy & France, it's 25-30 days - the same as always.
To other countries though, the delivery time has been from moderately to more significantly affected by COVID-19. A situation - carriers say and we confirm - that is slowly but steadily getting back to normal.
We all know that this is temporary but - in the meantime - the insurance companies are changing their rules on the fly.
However, in those few cases orders are not delivered within 90 days from purchase, we'll trigger insurance refunds. So, you are safe!

If there are no internal Postal Service slowdowns in your country, Worldwide Shipping is working fine. However, it's possible you will experience some additional delays due to understaffed services, closed facilities, changes in consolidating cargos, and - mainly - the new worldwide sanitary guidelines and regulations. Please be patient, we are doing the IMPOSSIBLE to keep everything working smoothly!
So, please... PLEASE... DO NOT ask us, every couple of days, "where's my package?" because the Tracking Systems are running at minimum capacity, and NOT ALL STEPS of your parcel's journey are updated. Among other reasons, to avoid - as much as possible - unnecessary manipulation. Since every move triggers an automatic email to you, you might not hear from us for a while.
