Delivery Time to some countries (UK, France, Italy, Germany, etc) has been moderately affected by the pandemic. For instance, the average delivery time to the UK continues to be the historical 14 days. To Italy, France and Germany it's 20-30 days - not much more than the usual.
- To other countries though, the delivery time has been from moderately to significantly affect by COVID-19. For instance, the delivery time to the USA jumped from the historical 2 weeks to more than 2 months, due to the indiscriminate closing of airports, hubs, warehouses, etc. To Canada we also see a very significant increase in delivery time, A situation - carriers (among them USPS and Canada Post) say - that is slowly but steadily getting back to normal, but it's still not completely resolved.
- We all know that this is temporary but - in the meantime - the insurance companies are changing their rules on the fly.
-
However, in those few cases orders are not delivered within 90 days from purchase, we'll be able to officially trigger insurance refunds.

- Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, people are asking if we are delivering our products. YES, WE ARE!
- If there are no internal Postal Service slowdowns in your own country then International Shipping should be working fine. However, it's very possible you will experience additional delays (on top of the 2-4 weeks we normally ask you to allow) due to understaffed services, closed facilities, changes in consolidating cargos, canceled flights, and - mainly - the new worldwide sanitary guidelines and regulations. Please be patient, we are doing the IMPOSSIBLE to keep everything working smoothly!
- But we are neither a Postal Service nor a Carrier. So, please... PLEASE... DO NOT ask us, every couple of days, "where's my package???" because the Tracking Systems are running at minimum capacity, and NOT ALL STEPS of your parcel's journey are updated. Among other reasons, to avoid - as much as possible - unnecessary manipulation. Precisely because of that, since every move triggers an automatic email to you, you might not hear from us for a while.
Thank you very much - really - for understanding!
